4. Adapts and implements a systematic work plan for tax mapping;

5. Conduct field work to investigate proper identification of boundaries and true owners of properties in their respective areas and to correct and resolve boundary conflicts and ownership of the land.

6. Performed other related tasks assigned to him from time to time.

1. Assist the City Assessor in the performance of his duties; 2. Shall have the authority to administer oaths on all declarations of real property for purposes of assessment;

3. Perform other task that may be assigned to him by his superior from time to time.
