* Immediate previous even term courses would mean:For a 2006 batch (who took admission in 2006) student it would mean courses of term 12For a 2007 batch student it would mean courses of term 10For a 2008 batch student it would mean courses of term 8For a 2009 batch student it would mean courses of term 6For a 2010 batch student it would mean courses of term 4For a 2011 batch student it would mean courses of term 2

Important Notes:

1. The dates mentioned in the calendar, especially with regard to end of mid term and end term examinations, are tentative and a variation may occur. Students areadvised to get the plan only after the actual date sheet is declared.

2. Due to any unforeseen reason, if the University remains closed, then the University may declare any Sunday as working.3. Any examination may be held on Sunday.4. If a student is not present on the date of scrutiny he/she will lose the opportunity to look at his/her answer books. However, such students can apply for

revaluation.5. There will be no scrutiny of reappear examination answer books; however such students can apply for revaluation.6 October 20, 2012 will be a non teaching day on account of Cultural Festival (20-21 Oct, 2012, Sa-Su).

7. To make up for loss of teaching on account of holidays the DODs may communicate an alternative time table to be followed on a specif ied date .This communicationwould be made at least one week prior to the planned date of the alternative time table and notified on the UMS .The DODs may decide to swap the time table at themaximum upto 4 days in a term and the information related to the swapping should be sent to DQA (a week prior) as per the following format:

8. October 21 (Sunday) will be a working day on account of Cultural Festival [Oct 20-21 (Sa-Su), 2012]. In lieu of this Nov 12 will be gi ven as a hol iday.

9. December 09 (Sunday) will be working on account of Annual Conference [Sa-Su, Dec 08-09, 2012]. In lieu of this Nov 14 will be given as a hol iday.

10. Winter Vacation for Faculty members: Dec 31 Jan 3 ( M- Th), 2013.
