• An Educational Supervisor is responsible for overseeing training and documentation of clinical training– Confirm appropriate inductions – Develop a learning agreement and educational objectives
including plans for study leave– Meet the trainee at the beginning, middle and end of a placement– Conduct appraisal and to provide feedback – Produce a structured report at the end of the year to inform ARCP
(including workplace appraisal)– Provide career advice if appropriate– Contact the TPD if concerns regarding training
