We hereby welcome you to: Academic writing and publishing workshop series Working on a current writing project, the workshops examines some of the challenging aspects of scholarly writing. In the workshops, we will discuss effective writing practices and introduce basic principles for self-critical reading and writing. Through the workshops we will uses exercises, presentations, and critical discussions to develop your texts. Processes of publishing academic works and plagiarism will be introduced through feedback from academics with experience of different aspects of the peer-review system. The workshops are spread over three blocks throughout the spring term. Each block, which can be taken individually, is made up of a one day of lectures and workshops, three days of individual/group work and finally a discussion and feedback on the weeks work. Academic writing and publishing workshop series
