WORK EXPERIENCE

ICICI Bank, KarnalSolution manager, Enterprise Credit Managing the entire credit application process, from Log-in to Disbursement. Detailed analysis of the financials of proprietorship firm, Partnership Firm and Companies for funding them. Preparing & presenting various reports to the top management and helping them evaluating proposal for funding of working capital Loan & Term Loan. Coordinating with legal, technical and Risk Team for processing proposal. Responsible for TAT of delivering Sanction Letter & Final disbursement. Resolving customer issue pertaining to sanction & disbursement process. Ensuring proper utilization of funds by existing customers and monitoring behavior of their limit accounts. UBS(2013-14) Factors Affecting Selection of Equity Shares: Research study on a sample of 200 equity investors, from Karnal and Chandigarh, to determine the factors that influence equity investment decision process and asses if there is any significant difference among the influential factors for different demographics.

UCO Bank(Jun-Jul, 2013) Analysis of Satisfaction Level of Bank Customers: Comparative study on satisfaction level of customers with CASA benefits and services rendered by different public and private banks and further assessment of expected levels of service quality by customers.

UBS(2012-13) Consumers Attitude towards Beauty Products: Analysed factors affecting consumers purchase behaviour for beauty products by employing a structured questionnaire as an assessment tool.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Positions of responsibility Senior core committee member of Alumni Cell, UBS 2013-14 Responsible for managing UBSs social media presence, as a part of PR cell 2013 Active member of JUIT Youth Club for two consecutive years 2010-12. Coordinated various events during LeFiestus-09 and 10, including the most popular event Pahchan Kaun ( LAN gaming event). Organized a Thalesemia Awareness Campaign in Shimla on 15th Aug, 2010.

Competitions Participated/Won Successfully cleared the Inter College Level of The Best Manager competition and qualified for the Inter University Level, 2013. Participated and won various events at LeFiestus 09, 10 and 11. Actively participated and won many events at School level (Cricket, Kho-Kho, Field Events, Science Exhibitions etc.).
