Spinneys is a British supermarket chain that grew to be international, is an impressive leading premium supermarket retailer in the middle east and north Africa, was first established in 1924 by Arthur Spinneys in Egypt, to sell high quality fresh produces, grocery, and baked goods @ the fair price and in a friendly shopping environment. Spinneys opened its door to the Lebanese public in 1948 in Beirut old Souks area. Expanded in the 60s with different branches.
