Campus Visit Programs
You and your students can visit
our campuses through a range
of weekday and weekend options.

Through our innovative Freshman Advanced Study Track (FAST) we offer students the opportunity
to bench test for lab credit if they
successfully complete an approved
FAST program. This provides students
with the chance to start earning
their degree while they are still in
a secondary school or tech-prep/
vocational school that has a formal
articulation agreement with JWU.
Students can save time and money
and have the chance to reach their
potential ahead of schedule.
PROSTART
Students participating in ProStart
curriculum can earn a minimum of a
$1,000 renewable scholarship based
on successful completion of the
ProStart program.
Note: FAST only applies to culinary arts majors. It is not applicable to baking & pastry arts majors.

Benefits for students
FAST programs allow students the
opportunity to earn JWU course credit
toward their degree programs. They
actually have a head start on their
curriculum before even attending their first
day of class!
Saving on classes means saving on tuition.
Students enrolling through a FAST
program realize thousands of dollars
in savings.
Saving on classes also means possibly
graduating earlier, which means students
can get started on their careers sooner.
School recognition
The university works closely with
all schools that have established FAST
programs with JWU.
A transfer advisor will work with you one-
on-one to make sure students who’ve
passed the bench exam earn credits
toward their degree programs at JWU.
Schools will also be recognized in the
following ways:
n Your school’s program will be recognized by JWU as an “Outstanding High School Program.”
n Your school will receive a classroom presentation by a JWU admissions representative detailing the many benefits of the FAST program (where applicable).
Our Commitment to Affordability
A JWU education might be surprisingly more affordable than your students think.
We’re committed to making a quality education as accessible and affordable as possible for families. We’ve taken proactive steps to manage student debt by increasing institutional aid every year for the past five years.
