Building a Foundation for Scaling While Moving at 100 MPHAnkura partnered with a rapidly growing online retail company to support a transition from startup to established company, which required rapid scaling of operations. Ankura provided the structure, momentum, and focus needed to establish a firm foundation for growth while maintaining the ability to capitalize on immediate results. During its collaboration with the client, Ankura developed the roadmap and led the execution of multiple expansion initiatives, achieving 150% month-over-month growth. As part of this expansion, Ankura successfully managed the construction, build-out, and migration of a manufacturing envi-ronment, accommodating over 200 staff members. In addition, Ankura led the opening of an off-shore customer support center and the organization’s first two brick-and-mortar retail locations.

Successfully Balancing Integration, Compliance, and SpeedAnkura supported a publicly held retail healthcare company in the acquisition of 13 healthcare practices. As part of the acquisition, Ankura led a $2.5 million program, consisting of ten workstreams designed to unify the merged IT organi-zation. Ankura managed the conversion of 150 onsite clinics to a single end-user computing platform, standardizing business processes and technologies, and impacting 1,800 employees. Ankura completed this clinical technology conver-sion at 75% of the projected project cost.
