The CTCN’s mission is “Stimulating technology

CTCN Mandate

The CTCN was launched in 2014, with the engagement of:

• UNEP, UNIDO, UNFCCC

• 11 independent, regional and global organizations (including ENDA) with

expertise in climate technologies

• strategic partner, DNV GL

• an international network of academic, multilateral, NGO and private

sector institutions

• CTCN focal points selected by each country: National

Request Incubator Programme for LDCs

The Programme provides tailored support to Least Developed Countries to:

• Access CTCN technical assistance services

• Coordinate and scale-up national activities related to climate technologies

• Identify funding mechanisms for deploying climate technologies in their countries

• Better measure country’s progress and demonstrate concrete achievements for climate technologies
