1 General This document is a part of the Portal Services Agreement.

It specifies the Acceptance Tests and the Acceptance Criteria for the Portal Services and the Parties obligations relating to this.

2 Definitions Acceptance Plan means the document describing the acceptance procedure, including the Acceptance Tests and Acceptance Criteria.

3 Acceptance Procedure

3.1 General

3.1.1 The Portal shall be subject to Acceptance Test. The purpose of the Acceptance Test is to verify that the Portal, which has been established by Ericsson through the Portal Establishment Services, meets the Acceptance Criteria.

3.2 Acceptance Plan

3.2.1 Ericsson shall provide an Acceptance Plan to Customer at least two weeks before the Acceptance Test is planned to commence.

3.3 Acceptance Test

3.3.1 Ericsson and Customer shall perform Acceptance Tests according to the agreed Acceptance Plan, and sign off the test cases executed.

3.3.2 Customer shall provide test-terminals (the same ones that are going to be used the Portal Operation Services), test SIM-cards and test-tools according to what is set out in the Acceptance Plan, to be used in the Acceptance Tests.

3.3.3 In case Ericsson does not supply Content for the Portal, Customer shall provide sufficient examples of Content (that is going to be used for the Portal Operation Services after Acceptance), prior to the commencement of the Acceptance Tests. Such Content shall be used in the Acceptance Tests.

3.3.4 The Acceptance Tests will be conducted at Ericsson’s premises and if applicable at Customer premises.

3.4 Acceptance Criteria

3.4.1 The Acceptance Criteria will be set out in the Acceptance Plan.

3.5 Acceptance

3.5.1 When the Acceptance Test results indicate that the Acceptance Criteria are met, the Portal Establishment Services shall be deemed Accepted.

3.5.2 If the Acceptance Tests show that the Acceptance Criteria, or part thereof, are not met, Ericsson and/or the Customer, as applicable, shall promptly and at his own expense remedy the deviation. The Acceptance Tests for the relevant or affected part shall then be repeated until the Acceptance Criteria are met.

3.5.3 Time for completion of Acceptance Test shall not exceed X weeks from the commencement of the Acceptance Tests according to the Acceptance Plan.
