    AIR EXHAUST VALVES

    BOC - BOCP

    Plastic exhaust valves manufactured from injection moulded white polypropylene plastic.

    Used for extraction in VMC simple or double flow installations.

    Can be fitted:

    In plaster board ceilings: inlet with clamps (BOCP)The clamping sleeve, made of plastic, has three securing clamps.

    A gasket ensures securing to the duct as well as sealing.

    Slab crossmember: Long sleeve inlet (BOC)

    The long sleeve is made of plastic and has 2 securing clamps.

    A gasket guarantees securing to duct as well as sealing.

    A flange at the bottom ensures securing to the inlet.

    AIR EXHAUST VALVES

    BOA

    Plastic exhaust valves manufactured from injection moulded white polypropylene plastic.

    Used for extraction in simple or double flow VMC installations. There are different sections

    for numerous applications:

    Reed inlet (BOA). Self-locking clamps to enable installation in Pladur, plaster or brick. Theinlet is composed of a 130 mm sleeve and a white polystyrene grille.

    Clamp inlet (BOAP). The clamp sleeve, made of plastic, has 3 securing clamps.

    inlets for thick walls (BOAE). By incorporating a supplementary extension, it is possible to

    install in walls up to 290 mm thick. Secured by self-locking metal clamps.

    Angled inlets (BOAC). Thanks to a sleeve with a 90 elbow, these inlets can be fitted to ceil-

    ings or brick or plaster Pladur surfaces and they are secured by embedding or gluing.

    AIR EXHAUST VALVES

    ALIZE BAR

    Wide range of self-adjusting exhaust valves, manufactured from injection moulded white

    polystyrene.

    Designed for kitchen, bathrooms and toilet ventilation applications, they are available either for

    one fixed air volume or for dual air volume. The valve maintains a constant air volume within a

    pressure range from 50 to 150 Pa.

    BARP: Plasterboard mounting valve (BAR + MNG AB)

    BARJ: Duct mounting valve (BAR + MNG JN)

    BAR: Valve without connector

    The valve can not be mounted without the connector.

    To mount the connector to the valve only it is necessary to push it.

    ALIZE BAR

    The cover bezel or plate is fitted when painting is finished, in rectangular openings measuring 80 x 170 to 110 or at 245 mm.

    For dimensions wider than 110 mm. , it is necessary to use larger mounting clamps (4) (ask for information).

    Fit the plate against the wall placing the mounting clamps inside the opening. Do not over tighten the screws. Sealing is guaranteed by a foam seal

    adhered to the plate.

    Adaptor plates on a connector with kitchen inlet frame

    Made of white polystyrene, enable the fitting of the ALIZE BAR outlet on an existing connector

    with a kitchen outlet frame.

    Bezel plates toilets and kitchen

    To install in frames less than 90 mm wide , it is necessary to fit the ALIZE BAR outlet on a

    spacer. In an installation with frames more than90 mm wide, the spacer is not necessary.

    ALIZE renovation plates for 15 and 30 m3/h come with a built-in self-adjusting module placed

    vertically.

    ALIZE BEH

    Humidity-adjustable inlets/outlets made of white polystyrene, to control the airflow accor-

    ding to humidity or air pollution inside detached houses, flats or commercial premises.

    In houses, these inlets will be connected to an extractor network.

    There are timed (30 minutes) humidity-adjustable versions, manual, electric or with a pre-sence detector.

    They have a clamp-type connector.

    offer an adjustable central valve to regulate the airflow. They can be used in heating, air

    conditioning and ventilation systems.

    BIR

    Outlets entirely made of sheet steel coated in white epoxy paint. Consists of a blowing

    cone, a mobile central shutter enabling the air jet to be adjusted and its direction gui-

    ded and a rubber gasket that ensures it is secured and sealed, which can resist a conti-

    nuous temperature of -20C to 120C.Used for injecting air in commercial accommodation and premises, ceiling-fitted. Range

    of use from 50 to 150 Pa. The outlet comes with a galvanized steel connector to facili-

    tate installation.
