Tha basic rule is : ONE VM per compagny per user.Example : A user can not have two external TGS VMs.

In search bar, fill « ALCEA » and OK

Choose « Manage the ALCEA service »

Thales station, you MUST have a SMARTCARD.No Thales station, you MUST communicate the user’s smartphone OS (Android or iOS) to use the authentication token – TOKEN RSA (MANDATORY).

Select « Access to the service ».

Warning ! The user must have an Operational Registration.

It’s highly recommended to fill the beneficiary’s mobile number !

If the request is for an otherperson, fill the fields:

- Beneficiary- Beneficiary location

Based on the previous answers, you can have two, three or four sections to complete. Withor Without *, each section is mandatory!

Delete the ALCEA account generates the delete of ALL the VM (from ALL compagny / entity) of user!If you want remove just a VM, choose NO.

If NO is previously choosen, you must choose YES at the next question:

With the new KISS tool, I cannot find how to validate my packaged offer?

When you have written all your information in the various generated items, you must go to the top of the page to validate the whole offer.

A user has changed his smartphone, his token does not work anymore, what to do?

If the phone's OS has changed, simply call the Service Desk to generate an URL (made during the call). Indeed, URL-generated tokens are compatible either by iOS or Android. Android : https://127.0.0.1/xxxIOS : com.rsa.securid://ctfxxx

If the OS model is the same, simply reinstall the “RSA Securid” application and import the same URL supplied at the first account creation. If the user does not have it anymore, the Service Desk can generate a new URL.
