L’ECCELLENZA CHE NON TEMECONFRONTILa qualità totale ed accessibile è da sempre al primo posto nella“mission” di GMM per la realizzazione delle proprie macchine.Lo stesso impegno è stato perseguito per realizzare la versione piùevoluta della serie LMS, macchine automatiche per lalucidatura di filagne di marmo.Rispettando la filosofia costruttiva che da sempre ha contraddistintol’eccellente prodotto Cemar, la nuova serie di lucidatrici è realizzatautilizzando una meccanica robusta, accurata ed affidabile. Inabbinamento si sono sviluppate soluzioni tecnologiche ed elettroniched’avanguardia per garantire massima qualità del lavorato, elevata resaproduttiva e riduzione degli scarti di lavorazione.Risultato: prestazioni di alto livello, bassi costi di gestione e dimanutenzione con elevata durata nel tempo. Il tutto ad un costoaccessibile per il Cliente.
UNA SOLUZIONE PERSONALIZZATA PEROGNI ESIGENZA
Per dare riscontro alle specifiche esigenze del Cliente, le macchinedella serie LMS vengono prodotte in diversi formati (650-850-1000) econ combinazioni diverse fra calibratori e unità lucidanti.Tutte le macchine LMS possono operare singolarmente oinserite in linee di produzione, anche complesse.Quest’ultimaapplicazione risulta di semplice messa a punto, grazie al Software indotazione, realizzato interamente in GMM.
CARATTERISTICHE PRINCIPALI
Basamento monolitico in acciaio di grosso spessore elettrosaldatocon piano di scorrimento rettificato.
Piani antiusura intercambiabili in acciaio speciale (UBNW.1.446),spessore 3 mm, per garantire nel tempo la planarità e per facilitarnela manutenzione.
Trattamento delle superfici. Tutti i particolari vengono trattatiall’interno con sabbiatura a mano, zincatura a freddo e verniciaturacon fondo epossidico bi-componente. A richiesta, basamento e spallepossono essere sottoposti a trattamento di Cataforesi oZincatura a caldo.Tutte le viti sono in acciaio inox.
Nastro unico a 3 tele, trainato da due tamburi di grande diametroe velocità regolabile da inverter. Sistema unico di pulizia elubrificazione del nastro per garantirne lo scorrimento uniforme.Il tamburo di traino è rivestito in gomma vulcanizzata per garantirel’antislittamento e l’uniformità nell’avanzamento.
Trave portamandrini in robusta e rigida struttura d’acciaioelettrosaldato. Scorrimento sulle spalle dotate di gabbia a rulli in bagnod’olio, protette da ripari telescopici ermetici in acciaio inox. Elementidi scorrimento in acciaio temprato intercambiabili e montati sia sullespalle che sul ponte. I mandrini sono alloggiati al centro dellatrave per assicurare completa stabilità ed eliminare qualsiasi possibilitàdi vibrazioni.
Traslazione del ponte con pignone e cremagliera. Motoriduttorecentrale e barra antitorsione di grosso diametro.Velocità di traslazionegestita da inverter.
GRUPPI CALIBRATURA
Mandrino calibratore in robusta carpenteria d’acciaio con cannottocromato rettificato, scorrevole in bussola di ghisa per assorbire levibrazioni durante la lavorazione. Sul piatto mandrino che opera davolano ed è bilanciato dinamicamente, sono montati gli anellicalibratori sui quali vengono assemblati i settori diamantati (Ø 670 –870 - 1050 mm).La motorizzazione elettrica può variare da 22 a 30 kW.
Un sistema automatico abbinato all’assorbimento del motoreagisce sulla velocità del nastro rallentandone la corsa in caso diassorbimento eccessivo fino a comandarne l’arresto con conseguentesollevamento automatico dei mandrini. Gli stessi si riposizionanoautomaticamente con assoluta precisione al riavvio del ciclo operativo.Il calibratore viene gestito da touch screen per tutte le sue funzioniautomatiche e manuali. Il posizionamento automatico alla quotaprescelta avviene con precisione centesimale.

GRUPPI LUCIDANTI
Mandrini lucidatori in ghisa,montati al centro della trave, con alberoin acciaio cromato a spessore e rettificato, scorrevole su bussole inbronzo, completi di cilindro pneumatico per il sollevamento del piattoporta abrasivi.Ogni mandrino è dotato di manometro per il controllo di pressionee contropressione per bilanciare la teste nella fase di lavoro.
Motori da 7,5 a 11 kW ad avviamento singolo o sequenziale.Trasmissione del moto tramite pulegge e cinghie ad alto rendimento.Piatti lucidatori Ø 470/510 mm in lega d'alluminio completi diattacchi in alluminio Frankfurt per sette abrasivi. Sono dotati di unsistema ammortizzante multidirezionle per garantire la massimaomogeneità ed efficienza del lavoro dell’abrasivo.
Impianto di lubrificazione centralizzato automatico deimandrini con la possibilità di impostare quantità e tempi di intervento.
Fine abrasivo. La macchina è dotata di un sistema per impostare, daoperatore, lo spessore del pezzo in lavorazione in base al quale,tramite un sensore montato su ogni testa, viene richiamata l’attenzionedell’operatore stesso per la sostituzione dell’abrasivo quandoconsumato.
Supporti guidalastre con spostamento a vite tramite volantino daunica postazione, completi di guidalastre in acciaio inox.
Gruppo di rilevamento presenza materiale per comandare la salita ela discesa automatiche delle teste in caso di discontinuità tra un pezzoe l’altro.
SICUREZZA E PROTEZIONI
Portelloni anteriori in PLT con finecorsa di interblocco per evitarnel’apertura prima dell’arresto dei mandrini.
Ripari laterali e posteriori in acciaio inox, facilmente ispezionabili.
ELETTRONICA:“CUORE PENSANTE” DELLE LMS
Affidabile. Dopo accurate selezioni, i componenti vengono scelti frale aziende leader negli specifici settori.Per rendere minime le probabilità di guasti o interferenze abordo macchina viene adottato il moderno sistema a rete “canopen” che riduce drasticamente il numero di cavi fra una sezione el’altra.
Software interamente sviluppato in GMM, garantito nel tempo,migliorabile e soprattutto personalizzabile secondo le esigenze delcliente.
Touch Sreen 8”. Grafica interattiva per la gestione completa delciclo macchina con avviamento sequenziale dei mandrini, del motorenastro e del motore ponte. Gestisce la discesa/salita dei mandrini infunzione della presenza pezzo.Visualizza lo stato del consumo abrasivodi ciascuna testa.
Data base. Ampia possibilità di memorizzare diverse informazioniinerenti il lavoro svolto o in corso d’opera.

A CUSTOMISED SOLUTION FOR ANYREQUIREMENT
To provide a solution for the specific needs of our Customers, themachines in the LMS series are produced in various sizes (650-850-1000) and with various combinations of calibrators and polishing units.All LMS machines can work individually or positioned inproduction lines, even complex. This last application is easy toimplement, thanks to the accompanying Software,developed entirely byGMM.
MAIN SPECIFICATIONS
Monolithic high-thickness steel base electro-welded with rectifiedsliding surface.
Interchangeable wear-proof surfaces. made with special steel(UBNW.1.446), thickness 3 mm, to guarantee planarity over time andfacilitate maintenance.
Surface treatment. All parts are treated inside our Company, withhand sand-blasting, cold galvanising and coating with bi-componentepoxy base. On request, base and shoulders can be treated withCataphoresis or hot dip galvanising.All screws are stainless steel.
3-belt conveyor, driven by two large-diameter drums and inverter-adjustable speed.Unique system to clean and lubricate the beltto ensure uniform sliding.The drive drum is coated with vulcanisedrubber to prevent slipping and ensure flow smoothly.
Spindle holder beam sliding on the shoulders fitted with roller cagein oil bath, protected by sealed stainless steel telescopic guards.Hardened steel sliding elements interchangeable and installed on theshoulders and bridge. The spindles are housed in the centre ofthe beam to ensure complete stability and eliminate any possibilityof vibration.
Bridge translation with pinion and rack.Central gearmotor and anti-rotation bar with large diameter.Shifting speed controlled from inverter.
CALIBRATION UNITS
Calibrator cspindle made with heavy steel metalwork with rectifiedchrome-plated sleeve, that slides through cast iron bushing to absorbvibrations during processing.On the spindle plate where it serves as aflywheel and is dynamically balanced, there are calibrator rings withdiamond sectors installed on them (Ø 670 – 870 - 1050 mm).Electric drive can be 22 or 30 kW.
An automatic system combined with motor absorption acts onconveyor speed, slowing it in case of excessive overload, making thespindle stop and automatically lift. The spindle is automaticallyrepositioned with absolute precision when the operating cycle startsback up again.The calibrator is managed from the touch screen for all of its automaticand manual functions.Automatic positioning at the pre-selected heightwith centesimal precision.

POLISHING UNITS
Cast iron polishing spindles, installed in the centre of the beam,with thick and rectified chrome-plated steel shaft, sliding on bronzebushing, complete with pneumatic cylinder for lifting abrasive carrierplate.Each spindle is fitted with a pressure gauge to control pressure andcounter-pressure to balance the head during the work.
7.5 or 11 kW motors with single or sequential start-up. Drivetransmission through high-output pulleys and belts.
Ø 470/510 aluminium alloy polishing plates complete withFrankfurt fittings for seven abrasives.They are equipped with a multi-directional shock absorbing system to ensure maximum operatinghomogeneity and efficiency of the abrasive.
Automatic centralised lubrication system of the spindles withthe possibility of setting quantities and intervention.
Abrasive finished.The machine is equipped with a system to set, bythe operator, the thickness of the piece being processed based onwhich, a sensor installed on each head, calls the attention of theoperator to replace the abrasive, when it is finished.
Slab-guide supports with screw movement through flywheel from aunique station, complete with stainless steel slab-guide.
Material presence detection unit to control the automaticup/down movement of heads in case of discontinuity between pieces.
SAFETY AND PROTECTIONS
Front PLT doors with interlocking limit switch to avoid openingbefore the spindles stop.Side and rear stainless steel guards, easy toinspect.
ELECTRONICS: THE "THINKING HEART"OF LMS
Reliable. After careful testing, the parts are chosen from the leadingcompanies in the specific sectors.To minimise the probability of failure or interference a modern“can open” network system is installed on board the machine which
drastically reduces the number of cables between sections.
Software developed entirely by GMM, guaranteed over time,improvable and most of all customisable according to customerrequirements.
8” Touch Screen. Interactive graphics for complete machine cyclemanagement with start-up in sequence of spindles, conveyor motorand bridge motor.To manage spindle down/up based on piece presence.To view the abrasive consumption status for each head.
