Accessing Scanned Documents

From the Home Screen click on the OWA icon

Click the Share icon on the top bar net to the address bar – A

In the window that displays, scroll to the left in the bottom half and click the Request Desktop Site icon – B

Login with your User name and password

Click on Public Folders at the bottom left column

Scrolled down in the list on the left to ScannedDocsMVH or ScannedDocsVNAand click the appropriate folderClick on Search and enter patient name in the Subject field and click Search

When you find the patient, click on the attachment in blue.

Note- If you think you may be in an area with a poor wireless connection, open the document when you have connectivity earlier in the day. It will remain in the History in Safari. Open Safari on the home page, then tap the pages icon on the upper right to find the document if it does not immediately display.
