Navigate to http://partners.oracle.com/. Next, click on “Sign In/Register for Account.”

System Displays “Sign In” Screen. Enter your Username and Password and click “Go” Button.

Change the Notification Setting to “Never notify” and then Click “OK” Button

System Authenticates You and Provides Access to OPN Portal. Click on “Partners (Login Required) Tab


System Displays Links “To access the OPN portal.” Click on the hyperlink for “register for Portal Access.”

Close this Form.


System Walks You Through the Steps. Click the “Go” Button.

System Displays Your Oracle Profile. Review and Edit Your Profile.

Scroll Down, Edit Form and Click “Confirm” Button to Save Your Changes.


Step 1 is Complete. Click on hyperlink for “Register” for access to OPN content only.

Complete Step 2 – Register for OPN Access by clicking on hyperlink “Register for access to OPN content only”. You must enter User ID of 47534030 and click “Next” Button.

System displays the “User Validation” Form. Enter your OPN Username ([email protected]. Click “Next” Button.

Enter Company Identifier: 47534030. Select Your Time Zone. Click “Next” Button.

OPN send you an email confirming that your registration for access to OPN has been completed successfully.


OPN sends the Company’s OPN Administrator a notification that a new user needs to be assigned the Responsibility “Partner OPN Member” so he or she can access the OPN account.

OIC Administrator logs into OPN and assigns [email protected] the responsibility “Partner OPN Member” which enables the user to access the OIC OPN Account

Go to http://partners.oracle.com/. Click on Sign In/Register for Account
