"Acclimatizing to Higher Frequency Energies" Message from "US"(United Souls of Heaven and Earth), as given to me to share withyou...

"Dearest Beautiful Beings of Light:You are in a period of acclimatizing to the many downloads of light that have been received byyour earth and your physical bodies recently, so it is important that you allow the integration tohappen. Your bodies in particular need to get used to these higher frequencies. Your mindneeds to get used to these new realities. Your emotions need to get used to the immensity ofthe energy that your heart can hold and at the same time emanate. So if you are feelingexhausted and feeling like you are not in control of your mind and emotions that is why DearOnes.

And also know that you are always able to manage the energy even though it seems new to youas it is actually not new... it is the coming forth of what you already know and who you alwayshave been as a Being of Light whose physical form is just 'catching up' now! Soon it will all feelvery familiar and you will have a lot less doubts, questions and yes, even less fears. What isbeing activated for you at that deep core cellular level will allow you to not even just let go ofold dense energy and emotions, but to actually bypass them. And you are already having manyexperiences of this... experiences that feel 'neutral' even though they may have felt quitedramatic for you in recent past. And that is because in the higher frequency energies you havemore access to your 'knowing', to your wisdom, to your peace, and to your love.

As you choose consciousness for yourself it supports and facilitates the 'acclimatization'process. As you intentfully align with the higher frequency energies you are the beacon formany others to do so as well even if they to not have a mental understanding of what that is. Itwill just feel good and will automatically align for them because you have embraced the processso willingly and with enthusiasm. You will notice as you maneuver any bumps that may showup for you that your relationships will actually take on a greater ease and acknowledgement...acknowledgement of your truth as well as theirs.

One of the things that will create the ease that you so desire through this 'acclimatization'process is acceptance... acceptance of where you are at in it, and where others are at in it andhow they are showing up. There are many paths to 'harmonizing from within' and it is anincredible journey that each and every one of you have undertaken to be on earth at this time ofthe Great Shift. When you accept what is happening you actually change the vibration to allowthe shift in energy to occur on higher (and deeper) levels. When you resist what is happening

A Personal Message from me...I just love how "US" explains things that we are going through. I have been traveling this pastweek to and around the Toronto area doing live channel events as well as seeing clients andfriends. Even though it always brings me great joy to reconnect with everyone, my body isdragging! I know on a mental level about the shifts we are going through though my body isdefinitely still in the 'catch up' phase as I have felt tired at a deep core level for the past weekand know it is not just from being busy. I am looking forward to getting back to my cabin andlaying on the beach and just resting to let my body adjust to these new energies.

Speaking of beach, here are the transformations mybeach has gone through since my last newsletter. As youcan see I am a hardcore 'beacher'. I was laying in thesand with the snow and ice still there...

Then within a few weeks the ice and snow left and Ieven went for a swim on May 1st (in Lake Superior!!)amongst a few ice floats. Not sure if that was helping meto 'acclimatize' or not but it sure woke up my body!!

... and now I will be able to lay on the warm sand andlet the energy of the crystals and the sunshine help my body to align. That is what works bestfor me in these great shifts and download of light energy.
