advice• TV is not a monster, you don’t need to be afraid with it, but you need

to learn how to control yourself. To put it in another way, you need to know when you can watch TV and when you should not and how long should you watch TV per day.• If you feel you are addicted with TV, you need to remove your

attention away from TV. For example, you can join a sport team with your friend or go hiking with other in weekend. As a whole, just do any positive things you tend to do except focus on TV.
