Regulation Accreditation
An instrument mandated by theGovernment to impose set ofconditions, which a healthcareorganization must comply with,before and after it is permitted tooperate in the country.
A voluntary process by which an authorizedagency or organization evaluates andrecognizes health services according to aset of standards describing the structureand processes that contributes to desirablepatient outcomes.
It is based on minimum standards,inspection, enforcement andpublic accountability.
