What is accuracy?

Accuracy refers to how close a measurement is to the true or actual value.

Example: A dart thrower tries to get the darts as close to the bull's-eye as possible. He wants to make accurate throws.

Reproducibility refers to how close a group of measurements are to each other.

Example: A dart thrower throws 4 darts. They are all grouped close to each other. He is reproducing the location of the throws.
