Step 1: Insert (4) 94-FSVP03 vent plugs in the four end holes from the bottom of this part (fig. 1).

Step 2: Install triangle shaped Caution sticker on the bottom, with the point of the triangle centered between the right side, end vent holes (fig. 2).

Step 5: Insert 30-VL957 gasket into the grove on the inside of the end cap (fig. 4).

Step 3 : Install (2) 94-FSLG03 wire retaining clips (peel & stick) on the inside bottom surface, rear side, approximately 3 inches from each end (fig.3). Step 4: Install H24ACH13 heater with the mounting screw, (refer to work order & BOM for use and/or correct part number), spaced approx. 1/8 - 3/16 in. from the inner edge of the vent plug holes. **Caution ** Refer to the Work Order & the BOM for correct part number of the heater (fig. 3).

Step 6: Install 96-TRWS01 cut to length weather strip on the top of each end cap, check for fit on both ends to insure a weather tight seal (fig. 5).

Step 7: Install (3) 95-PCST04 pc board spacers in the top end of the blower housing (30-VL1034) (fig. 6).

Step 8: Install (2) 94-FSLG02 wire managing clips into the holes on the side of the blower housing (30-VL1034) (fig. 7).

Step 9: Install (1) 76-ACHPCB24 pc board onto the 3 , previously installed, pc board spacers. Press in place until secure (fig. 8).

Step 10: Feed the wires from the blower (71-BLEH24) through the small hole on the side of the blower hous-ing bracket (30-VL1034) (fig. 9).

Step 11: Using the two wire managing clips (94-FSLG02) wrap the wire around them a few times ending at the top clip. Note: leave enough wire to connect to the pc board approximately 3 inches. (fig. 10).

Step 12: Install the assembly to the end cap (30-VL956) using (4) 90-BTRP24 screws and (4) 92-WSFL02 flat washers (fig. 11).

Step 13: Connect the wires to the pc board. The red wire (+) to the first slot on the left and the black wire (-) to the second slot in the left. (fig. 12).

Step 14: Feed the wires the bottom and to wire management clips (fig. 13). Then connect them to the pc board using the two slots on the far right side.(fig. 14).

Step 15: Install the (4) 90-BTST01 end cap retain-ing screws. Use the tightening sequence as shown on the drawing (1-4), to insure an even fit on all sides. Install end cap w/ window in the same manner (fig.15).

Step 16: Install 30-VL1690 camera sled, centered side to side, with the mounting screw( refer to work order & BOM for correct part number). (fig. 16)

Step 17: Install 96-TRWS01 cut to length weather strip on the top of the bottom extrusion, check for fit on both sides to insure a weather tight seal (fig. 17).

Step 18: Fit the top extrusion to the lower extrusion between the end caps. Attach the top by driving the 93-DL01 each pin through the holes in the end cap into the pin retaining grove. The pins should fit flush or extend slightly out the end cap surface (fig. 18a-b).

Step 19: * Critical * Install all labels listed in the work order & BOM on the inner surface centered and parallel with the front & rear edges of top extrusion (fig. 19).

Step 20: Install the (2) top closing screws w/ retain-ers (fig. 11a). Step 13: Close the lid and tighten fasteners.(Note: Retainer is installed on inside of the top. ** Caution ** When installing the screws it is necessary to press down firmly in the center of the top in order to properly start these screws.* DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN * (fig. 20b)

Step 21: Attach the 30-VL1109 bracket to bottom of the lower housing assembly with 90-BTHH32 bolts and specified split washers. Caution: Do not to over tighten (fig. 21).

Step 23: Attach the 30-VL1108 wall mount bracket. (fig. 23)

Step 22: Attach the 30-VL1110 bracket to 30-VL1108 bracket with the specified fasteners listed on the work order & BOM. * Caution: Do not over tighten. * Caution: Do not to over tighten. (fig. 22)

To install a WM1200 Light Duty Wall Mount Bracket follow these step and use Figures 12,13, & 14 as a reference. 1. Attach the 50-VL756A bracket to bottom of the lower housing assembly with 90-BTHH32 bolts and specified split washers. Caution: Do not to over tighten. 2. Attach the 50-VL756B bracket to 50-VL754 bracket with the specified fasteners listed on the work order & BOM. * Caution: Do not over tighten. * 3. Attach the 50-VL754 wall mount bracket**Caution ** Refer to the Work Order & the BOM for correct part numbers.

Step 26: Insert the completed assembly into the assembled box. (fig.26)Step 27: Insert the Installation Packet into the box and wall mount instruction sheet, if in the BOM . ***Critical : Check work order & BOM to verify contents of the Installation Packet and any additional instruction sheets.*** (fig.27)Step 28: Staple box closed, 2 places equally spaced. Step 24: Insert the completed assembly into the protective plastic bag. (fig. 24)

Step 25: Place the bagged assembly in the card-board insert. Use one piece of tape in the middle of the insert to hold it together.(fig.25)
