Incorporating data into the classroom is one of the most effective ways to improve instruction and student comprehension.

With detailed data, teachers are better equipped to address learning gaps quickly, intervene when students need guidance,

and differentiate instruction accordingly. Edgenuity’s® learning solutions present data in an easy-to-understand manner, helping

educators to review and use the data they have available to them.

Edgenuity Courseware™ and MyPath™ for Initial Credit, Credit Recovery, and Intervention Edgenuity’s LMS gives teachers and administrators access to data that can help ensure

student success. Real-time data and reports show student, class, and school performance,

so administrators can see a big picture view of program success and teachers can focus on

their students’ specific needs.

Single-student reports show teachers how students performed on lessons, units,

and activities. Session Logs show educators how much students are working in the

program, and Progress Reports and assignment calendars also provide useful data.

Group reports show data for multiple students so educators can assess student, faculty, and program success.

à The Lesson Mastery Report gives educators a customizable view of data on student and class progress. Teachers can view

average and individual student assessment scores by topic or standard, helping them to group students for reteaching.

à The Gradebook allows teachers to review and manage student performance on units, lessons, and activities across an entire

course. This makes it easy for educators to quickly see which activities are below the passing threshold or have been bypassed via

customization or pretesting.

Administrators can see data for all of their students using the school and district reports. Available reports include the Recent

Action Log, Active Enrollment by Grade Level, and Total Enrollment by Course.

The Family Portal gives students’ families anytime access to attendance logs and progress reports, and automatic emails can be sent

on a regular basis to help keep families informed about their students’ progress.

UpSmart® for Standards MasteryThe detailed, real-time data that UpSmart collects with every student action shows exactly what grade-level skills students have

mastered. Using this data, teachers can provide just-in-time, targeted reteaching, helping to ensure students are mastering grade-

level skills and are prepared for high-stakes tests.

Data is color-coded, so educators can easily see at a glance where their students are

excelling and struggling. Teachers and administrators have access to the following reports:

Progress by Standard: View progress against grade-level standards.

Progress by Topic: Monitor student growth in each topic as students advance from

level to level.

Detailed View by Student: Drill down to the single-student view to see specific skills

within a standard or topic.

Hybridge® and Pathblazer® for Foundational Elementary Skills As students work in Hybridge and Pathblazer, data is collected that can be used to track student progress toward standard

mastery, inform small-group instruction, and help teachers to plan for one-on-one time with students. Educators have access

to many helpful reports including Class Progress Reports, Assignment Status Reports, and Learning Path Status Reports.

The Teacher Dashboard also has helpful information for both teachers and students to quickly review including:

The Student Status Gadget ranks students from low to high over adjustable date ranges. Individual student

names are clickable to give more details about student performance on assignments and activities.

The At a Glance pie chart shows color-coded student progress on assignments. Segments are also clickable

so educators can easily access more detail about student performance.
