Shashank has over 21 years of professional experience in the areas of dispute advisory services, internal audit, corporate governance, fraud risk management and fraud investigations. In his 16 year career with KPMG in India’s Risk Consulting practice, Shashank has worked in various areas of risk management and corporate governance. In 2004, KPMG in India seconded Shashank as CFO of a Fortune-1000 NASDAQ-listed client's Indian subsidiary, for a period of six months, where he played a leadership role. He led the launch of the Audit Committee Institute (ACI) in India and in March 2010, Shashank returned from United Arab Emirates, where he was seconded to the KPMG in India Lower Gulf practice in a leadership role. He has led a large number of fraud investigations in the areas of financial misconduct, accounting misstatement, procurement, sales and distribution, human resources, fixed assets, intellectual property theft, bribery and
corruption and softer issues such as victimisation and sexual harassment in addition to many dispute advisory engagements. Shashank has also been cross-examined as an expert in arbitration matters. Shashank is also past-president of the Mumbai chapter of Toastmasters International, a public speaking association headquartered in the United States of America.

Ravindranath is a former IPS officer from 2004 batch, having a professional experience of over 17 years. He started his career as a software engineer with Tata Infotech Limited (1998-99). He was selected into the Indian Trade Service in 2002 and served as the Assistant Director General of Foreign Trade in the Ministry of Commerce till August 2004. During his brief tenure in the Indian Police Service (2004-10), his services were solicited by the Anti-Terrorism Squad, Govt. of Maharashtra during the investigation of Indian Mujahedeen Terror Cases and Malegaon Blast Case 2008. Since August 2010, he has been working as corporate forensic professional. During the last 13 years, Ravindranath has extensively contributed to the cybercrime investigations such as unauthorized access, data and identify theft, denial of service, corporate espionage, cheating by
impersonation through electronic means (e.g. money mules, Nigerian frauds, fake job scams), cyber defamation and cyber terrorism, amongst others. He is an expert in Cyber Laws and specialises in the collection of electronic evidence in a legally secure and a forensically sound manner.

Mustafa has over 15 years of professional experience in fraud investigations, fraud risk management, setting up internal controls and financial management. He is a qualified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQi) and has been a speaker as well as a panel speaker at various events related to fraud and matters related to fraud. He is part of the Companies Act Core group of KPMG in India and has been instrumental in analysis with respect to fraud related changes in the Companies Act 2013.He has deep insights of consumer markets, automobile and real estate sectors and has led multiple fraud investigations and fraud risk management engagements for various organisations in these sectors. In the past, he has led the Finance division of various organizations which gives him the experience of working on both sides.
