Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a compositemade from glass fibre impregnated with polyesterresin.
Resin is a natural or synthetic compound in highlyviscous state which hardens on curing.

Acid Oil Plants (AOP)
Very Neat and clean plant without leakages & Spillages.
Over 97% efficiency i.e. recovery of more than 97% oil from soap stock.
Total correction of PH by controlling acidic water flow reacting with wash water to recover the oil from wash water. It also increases efficiency of ETP, reduces acid consumption.
Supply with complete fumes extraction system includes scrubber, duct, damper and chimney.
All Tanks are FRB (Fibreglass reinforced with Bisphenol Resin) moulded having life of over 10 years.
Steam line is of copper alloy having life of over 05 years.

AOP – Key Heighlights
Acid Spurger pipe of Teflon for extended life.
All pipe lines supplied by us are PPR Fusion welded pipe having working life of minimum10 years without breakage and leakage.
All pumps are UHMW HDPE vertical pump, having life of 5 years without any maintenance.
All Valves are PP Ball valve Teflon seated, having life of 2-3 years.
The design and layout of this plant is promoter’s own design with 3 decade of experience in this field through sister concern Plast-O-Fibre Industries, Indore, India.
With experience of over 100 acid oil plant all over world and continuous improvements, we have eliminated all problems that were being faced by users / operators of acid oil plant.
