Introduction:

• We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of mobile prefab units.

• We cater for custom build type units, as well as universal standard design.

• Mobile units are cost effective short and long term solutions to accommodation, ablution

and office space required. We have mastered the art of simplicity at a cost effective price.

Our products are:

• Prefabricated mobile units available in various sizes, providing multiple functions.

• Steel shipping containers converted to ablutions, offices, accommodation, workshops,

Ballistic storage facilities, bullet resistant Bureau de Exchange cubicles etc.

• Permanent type concrete based accommodation, offices, and ablutions.

• DIY prefab, allowing the client to assemble himself.

Our services include:

• Site assembly,

• Plumbing and electrical services inside our building or mobile prefab units.

• Small to medium size steel work.

• Air-conditioning installations, services and repairs.

• Cold room and freezer room installations.

Material used:

• Polystyrene core panel cladded with white Aluzinc steel Z150 or Z200 universal market

related material. Panels can be painted, extending the longevity of the product up to 20

years. Panels fit together with a ‘tongue and groove’ (male/female section), creating rigidity

and strength onto the walls.

• Sizes vary in thickness from 50mm to 200mm.

• IBR profile used on roof.

• Doors will vary, depending on client requirements, the standard is a 40mm panel door.
