What aspects of your life are you stressed about?

• Well, I am an introvert. It's just a bit on the hard side to juggle academics and a social

life while finding enough time to be alone and pursue what makes me happy.

• Academics, family, finances, health

• Academic performance along with financial stress and maintaining a healthy mind

and fit/healthy body.

• Someone stole my iPod, I struggle with grades, I have to pay hundreds of dollars for

books I will only use for a semester, I have no idea how I will pay for the next four

years of college., trying to lose weight

• Music lessons, Internship interviews and application for study abroad

• The future

What feedback do you have about the programs?

• Six in Six encouraged first years to get involved really well

• Where's Waldo, I won an ice cream cone!

• Tutoring was in Pittman, I never used it, but suggested friends to it and it

helped them out a lot! It was nice to have some of your quick questions

answered. Also, 6 in 6 was fun and motivated me to go out and participate

in events

• Not enough beer.

• They were all fun and usually very informative

• Involvement fair was really fun

What are the most pressing needs for first years?

• Getting a lot of homework finished. The tests are HUGE. Nothing prepares you for

how lengthy and tough the tests are, they are the size of a book.

• My academics are really important to me. My other concerns were just roommate

problems, but other than that, I didn't have many issues.

• Building friend and support groups and learning to manage time efficiently.

• The showers. We all hate sharing bathrooms. It's gross and disgusting. I will never

get used to it.

• For me, financial needs were foremost.

• Learning to balance your life -outside ones comfort zone

• It would be nice to have a vacuum that doesn't set off the fire alarm.
