Eligibility & conditions
Proposal : - any market oriented project idea in the context of the water cycle and the Blue Book
- strong exploitation orientation
Consortium : min 2 entities from 2 different participating countries
Contribution : - any partner country must not exceed 70% of the total budget
- any partner organisation must not exceed 70% of the total budget
Fees : Administratives : 0.15% of the proposal budget
Management : 1.5% of the proposal budget
