Triple jump
Gross Because there are
large muscle groups involved. There are large body movements and there is little need for precise or small movements.
Ten Pin bowling Some Fine Some Gross There are large muscle
movements, however, there are also small intricate movement in the fingers during the release of the ball. However, the main action is a large movement, therefore, it is further on the gross than fine continuum.
