INTRODUCTIONThe Directors of ACSI have brought their experience and expertise together ina single organization to provide solutions to the two uppermost concerns inthe mind of an Individual or Corporate Entity about to engage inConstruction, The Design and The Cost.

Our Objective is the provision of our Clientele with a Personalized Service,where the individual disciplines of the Directors as well as our AssociateConsultants will be applied with personal hands-on attention throughout theProcess of Design and Construction in any complexity or scale.

The Team comprises of a close-knit group of highly motivated youngprofessionals including architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors andtechnical personnel who work closely together with the Directors in producingdesign solutions in even the most challenging Site specific, Regulatory orProject Specific conditions and Cost constraints.

The Directors bring to the table over 18 years of experience each, in work ofvarious scale within Sri Lanka and abroad, backed by Associate Consultantsof similar background and various other Disciplines in Construction,Technology and Aesthetics.

N a n d i k e D . S a m a r a n a y a k eChartered Architect AIA (SL)

Nandike obtained his Charter from the Sri LankaInstitute of Architects in 2005, can carries acurrent experience of over 20 years in the fieldof architecture in Sri Lanka.

He founded ACS Integrated in January 2008 as apartnership with colleague and QuantitySurveyor Dilrukshi, bringing in over 10 years’ post-qualification experience in as at the time in HighRise, Hotel/Resort commercial and IndustrialProjects.

His experience working under Murad Ismailincludes among many other projects, Water’sEdge Golf Course and Club, and the FourSeasons Resort at Landaa Giraavaru, Maldives,for both of which he was Project Architect. Hestill continues to function as a ConsultantArchitect for MICD Associates and ATSConsultants, in overall charge of the localconsultancy for Shangri La Projects in Sri Lanka.

Thuthi Janaki Dilrukshi ParanamanageChartered Quantity Surveyor MRICS-UK, AIQS-SLMSc.QS (UoS-UK), PG Dip Commercial Arbitration (SL)

Dilrukshi is a co-founder at ACS Integrated andACS Integrated (Pvt) Ltd where she is the Headof Quantity Surveying. She leads on her area forHigh-rise Building, Hotels and Resorts,Commercial Projects, Academic Institutions,Personalized Residences, Restoration manymore

Prior to this, she worked at MICD Associatesand MICD Associates (Pvt) Ltd from itsinception; and gathered extensive experiencein Design Development and DesignManagement of prominent projects comprisingof the aforementioned project types.

As a Quantity Surveyor, she is an AssociateMember of Sri Lanka Institute of QuantitySurveyors and Royal Institute of CharteredSurveyors - United Kingdom.

In addition to being a Chartered QuantitySurveyor, she holds a Master’s Degree inQuantity Surveying from the University ofSalford, Manchester, UK, and Diploma inCommercial Arbitration and Investment Law atthe Institute for Development of CommercialLaw and Practice in Sri Lanka.

She serves as a visiting Lecturer at the SriLankan Institute of Information Technology(SLIIT) for the BSc. Quantity SurveyingProgramme in collaboration with LiverpoolJohn Moores University, UK.

In her role as Principal Quantity Surveyor, themajor theme of services is based onCommercial and Design Management in thebuilding sector.
