Sumant Kachru: prior to founding ACT Projects, Sumant was VicePresident (India) of Real Estate Projects for JHM Group, where he

established their India Real Estate operations. Prior to JHM, Sumant

was Development Manager for Creative Choice Homes (USA) and

developed multifamily communities in Texas, Las Vegas and mostly in

Florida.

Mayur Chahwala: prior to founding ACT Projects, Mayur was Sr. Project

Manager at JHM Group where he successfully re-positioned the Gateway

Hotel by Taj. Prior to JHM, Mayur had varied experience in executing

high quality interior projects with turn-key contractors & few design +

build projects for several national and international corporations.
