ACTentry A5 Intercom
The intercom is located within the building and is used to speak
to the person at the gate / door and to open the gate / door.
ACTentry A5 Entry Panel
The entry panel (located outside) has a keypad for pin entry
to authorised users. Visitors press the call button which is
connected to the Intercom in the building.
Press the Talk button
Note: LED goes red when the line is closed.
Press button 1 or 2 to open either gate / door 1 or 2. This will
end the call.
Press either the + / - button for 2 seconds to enter
programming mode (LED is now amber), then adjust ringing
volume by pressing the + / - button as required.
Note: if no button is pressed for 3 seconds volume adjustment
terminates.
Press the talk button, followed by the + / - button as required.
The volume may also be adjusted during a call by pressing the
+ / - button as required.
Press door 1 or door 2 button, as appropriate, holding for 5
seconds.
Note: LED for the button will flash continuously indicating the
door is open.
Visitors press the call button. This causes the intercom to ring.
Press the button for the unlatched door i.e. button 1 or 2.
Press either the + / – button for 2 seconds (LED is now amber).
Press key 1.
Note: + and - buttons continuously flash indicating incoming
calls are disabled.
To enable incoming calls press any key.
Enter a valid PIN code on the keypad to open the gate / door.
