A project has been under taken under ATMA to identify new chemicals and to chalk out effective management strategies To manage beetel vine wilt problem efforts were made through training programme involving horticulture department officials, and pathologists from UAS, Bangalore. Further, demonstrations on soil drenching of fungicides were carried out under the supervision of experts. However, problem still persists. Therefore, feedback has been given to research group during ZREP to takeup research.
