– At least 1 partner from another Member State– Transnational Agreement – Transnational partners must have own source of funding
• Recommendations– Not more than 4 partners– Minimum amounts of transnationality by measure
(G: 25%, H:10%, I: 50%)
• Transnational agreement– Model provided (in English & French)– Model not obligatory: but certain sections are– Can be signed in any language, but must be translated
