Further it was also recommended that the reserve price of parking be fixed Rs.1.00 crore and the allotment be done through e-tendering. The tenure of the contract be for one year extendable upto two years and the matter be brought in the meeting of the House for its approval.”

Tender document for operation and management of Idle Truck Parking, Sector 26, Chandigarh has been prepared. W/CMC has directed to allot idle truck parking and Night Shelter, Sector 26, Chandigarh Jointly through single tender and process for preparing single tender is under process.

272.4 Condemnation of 3 number enforcement trucks and fixation of reserve price thereof.

In compliance of the approval of F&CC, the

said trucks were put to auction along with

ceased articles of Enforcement Wing @ reserve

price of 1.30 lac, but nobody has come forward

to purchase, these trucks chasis being a higher

Reserve Price as per policy of the Chandigarh

Administration, the said trucks were not put on

road. These trucks remains only scrap. Further

the case is under process to sale the trucks

chasis as a scrap.

It was further resolved that the shops from the defaulters be got vacated.”
