1. There is the capacity of prevision inspecific persons, specific societies, specificlegal entities, nonprofit organizations,companies, banks, groups, collectivities,international and intergovernmental

organizations. Both individuals and legalentities, must not live from hand to mouth,must act firmly, must study and evaluatethe effects of positive and negative actions,decisions, etc. their objectives are also

necessary to be: 1) to aim at continuing todevelop their capacities of specific

prediction that they need, 2) to apply,continuous use in any action, situation-specific prediction capabilities necessaryand useful efforts, energy consumption andcosts for the development and capacity of specific prevision that they need.

2. Failures can happen in each of our actions or less often. Our failures can becreated by factors and actions sometimesdifficult to identify and prevent. However there are actions where we can know all the

factors that can create failures. Knowingthe factors that create failures in actions, we

can take the necessary measures to preventthem by reaching in some cases to zerofailures, as they have succeeded insituations in a long time, in many states,especially people in the most developed

countries of the world. How to developmore this science with the more than wecan know more of the factors that couldcause failures in certain situations to certainactions. Scientific knowledge can

contribute greatly to preventing manyfailures in many actions. At present peopledo not use scientific knowledge, the humanexperience gained in books, studies, on theInternet, although they have committed

enormously many failures, mistakes,although they could prevent many hugemistakes, failures if they would useefficient, organized, timely humanexperience and knowledge from books, theInternet when they would need it. Countriesshould take immediate measures and bemore interested in people and use themwhen they need knowledge and human

experience that can reach and can be used.Human knowledge is growing and

increases daily awfully much, and humanexperience which can create the situation sothat we can prevent every day more evenmore mistakes and failures with positiveeffects on our high society, to accelerate

progress in many areas.

3. Where we have failures we shouldnever discourage and lose our wits, our

balance inside, our optimism, morale or to

start to grieve. If we do this, it would solveabsolutely no problem, but on the contrary,it would stress us illogically, abnormallywithout any positive effects. Those whohave achieved many successes knew how

to cope with failure, learning from failures,to reduce the negative effects of failures.Many failures rather than strengthening us,they weaken us, they should give us power instead of imobilizing us and mobilize usinstead of making them harder to givemotivation, instead of multiple negativeeffects they should have have multiple

positive effects.
