since 1964

ManufacturingProduction of semiconductor materials at the original

Zaporozhye Titan & Magnesium Plant (ZTMP) dates

back to 1935. This facility formed the foundation for

PJSC Semiconductor Plant, which started producing

semiconductor-grade silicon in 1964.

In the early 1990s, the Soviet Union produced over

10% of global Poly-Si supply with a significant share

originating from ZTMP. The plant was also the only

manufacturer of high-purity Trichlorosilane (TCS)

in the USSR. Located in the industrial heartland of

Ukraine, PJSC Semiconductor Plant benefits from close

proximity to raw materials, viable energy resources

and competitive labour costs.

In-house production of all utilities, managed by a

highly experienced team provides an optimal platform

for production and growth.
