• can be used in different areas of profession; essential in business purposes.

• it is a server program that enables group of people to come up with their own websites and they have the access to edit or change it.
• in Hawaii, the word “wikiwiki” means “fast” in English language.
• the most popular example of Wiki is the Wikipedia which we use in gathering informations.
social bookmarking
• it allows you to see and browse easily the specific information that you need.
• it is tagging and saving different websites in the web.
• through the use of social bookmarking, you can interact with other people by means of sharing information in the web.
podcast
• its other name is netcast which contains different collections of video, audio or PDF files.
• it can be downloaded and used online; you can also use it in your own mobile devices.
• it is used commonly in teaching and in presentation purposes.
HTML(hypertext markup language
• collection of codes and different symbols that are used in displaying and creating a web browser.
• it indicates how the images and information will be displayed in a website.
• it contains proper structure and layout of a web document.
voip(voice over internet protocol)
• it is done through the used of internet which enables you to communicate with other people.
• it is the process of having and recording audio signals and can be changed into digital data.
• these audio signals will be saved and transmitted in the internet and it is essential for calling plans.

• it is a set or collections of different internet resources, files, documents and remote sites.
• it can be used and accessed by browsers that use standard called HTTP and HTML
• these collection of sites are connected to internet worldwide.
online chat
• it is talking and having an exchange of ideas and thoughts to other people who are also using the internet at the same time you are.
• in online chatting, people can schedule and appoint a time when they want to talk with each other.
• typed-in messages are used in this online service and it is done using an specific website.

• it is gathering data and converting it to pictures, sounds and videos.
• it is transmitting and transferring information and data to another people.
• it is used in presenting details.

• this is where you can post and discuss different types of articles.
• it is a good way of expressing your thoughts and ideas.
• these posts can be shared to other people and they can also have their comments and opinions.

• this is done through the use of internet in which you communicate with other people through chats, posts, comments etc.
• it is sharing and gathering information and data with the other communities.

• before, it was called as Universal Resource Locator.
• it is the common address of a file that can be accessed to internet.
