MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES: -I have been worked as a Team leader in different sections of Procurement Department like:-

Mechanical item, Civil items, and Safety Security Items, Processing/Sourcing section and Spot/Emergency Procurement Section.

Planning of requirement generated by Plants and Sourcing, negotiation and Finalization of agreements (RCC).

Month end closing activities in consultation with Stores and Finance department. Weekly, Monthly and Yearly reporting (MIS) system management. Updating of SOPs / Policies of Procurement department. Supplier Evaluation, Qualification and activity. Management of Packaging requirement of all 4 Plants. Roughly handling the Procurement activities worth Rs. 30 Million per year.
