A stunning and unique venue for an elegant, country house wedding reception, Whitbourne Hall combines classical elegance with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Built in Palladian style in 1860 the house nestles in 9 acres of gardens and grounds in the beautiful countryside of the Herefordshire/Worcestershire border. The grade 11* listed Hall and gardens have been carefully restored by the present owners and retain many original features, including the unique stained glass ceiling of the Atrium, and fine Adam style décor of the Drawing Room.

The house offers a beautiful setting including three magnificent reception rooms, an elegant entrance and the pillared atrium with its gallery and imposing white marble staircase.

Step outside onto a south facing terrace with spectacular views overlooking the fountain and clipped yew hedges of the Italian garden. Perfect for a champagne reception, a glass of Pimm’s or garden games for your guests.

Only ten wedding receptions take place here each year so if you are looking for something exclusive and different Whitbourne Hall is the place for you.

Design your own dream wedding reception using your chosen caterer, florist and music, or we will work with your appointed wedding organiser.

The grand reception rooms of Whitbourne Hall are yours exclusively for your wedding day. We will also give you access for a full day before your reception for you to arrange and decorate in your chosen style, and the day after to facilitate removal of your embellishments.

You can provide your own champagne, wine and or bar; we will make no corkage charge.
