Alien and Sedition Acts

1) Immigrant 14 years before citizen2) President could deport any alien he felt was a

threat to US (without trial)3) During war, aliens of foreign enemy country

could be arrested, imprisoned or deported4) Illegal to print false, scandalous or malicious

writings.
