adapting scrum to the editorial world @softonic
DESCRIPTION
Moving from a download portal to a multiplatform software guide, Softonic transformed the whole company in 2 years, mixing teams, reinventing structure and questioning everything we were used to do. During this big change, I was assigned as team leader of a new international team of editors, writing in-depth articles and software guides. In almost 2 years of hard work and self-learning I had to trasform the whole team and myself, thanks to the Scrum methodology applied to the editorial world. My talk is the story about what happened and what can change in the Content Management applying an Agile methodology.TRANSCRIPT
