statewide, online adaptive tests approved for ESEA accountability
• 1,600 people working in the areas of assessment, education research and technical assistance, health, human development, and international development.

technology footprint• Works on very primitive hardware (10 year old
computers) and networks, as well as the newest most advanced tablets (iPads)
• Requires only about 5Kbps of bandwidth per student, requires no caching or local proxy
