Key Corporate Milestones: 2002 ADC & HAS Management
Ltd., a subsidiary of ADC & HAS, becomes the operator of the existing Quito Mariscal Sucre International Airport.
2008 ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide is formed.
2009 ADC & HAS acquires shares of Altera ���(renamed AERIS Costa Rica), the operator of the Juan Santamariá International Airport in San José, Costa Rica.
2012 ADC & HAS becomes the shareholder and ���operator of the 20-‐year concession to design, finance, construct and operate the new international terminal building and its associated facilities of the Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport in Liberia, Costa Rica.
2013 Mariscal Sucre International Airport ���Opens.
ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide brings its operational and development expertise to airport privatization projects on a global basis and participates as the equity/operator partner in consortiums seeking these opportunities.
The company is in a long-term strategic partnership between HAS Development Corporation, the development affiliate of the Houston Airport System, Airport Development Corporation of Canada, and OMERS Strategic Investments. The Company brings together the operational strength and depth of the technical resources of the Houston Airport System, with the more than two decades of airport privatization and development experience of Airport Development Corporation.
