III Introduction of solar LED street light system

1. LED street lightLED street light is an integrated light that uses LEDs as its light source. These are considered integrated lights because, in

most cases, the luminaire and the fixture are not separate parts (except LED Gine-based luminaires). New in manufacturing,

the LED light and LED DC driver cluster is sealed on a panel and then assembled to the LED panel with a heat sink to become

an integrated lighting fixture.

Installation Manual Site Selection1. According to the feature and light source position to meet the road towards the light source area at biggest illuminate2. 2 foundation pit excavationSurvey geological condition, If the soil is hard court, should dig here1 cubic meters ,when Confirm right pole position, then

indentify the position of battery box, it is better far away from pole 0.5M distance.

3. Foundation casting

Put the battery into the box pit, All of embedment parts lie in middle of this pit, then connect one end of the PVC pipe to the battery box,the other end through the middletop of embedment(pls see below picture).Finally , With concrete casting it.



A.The Installation of Solar Panels

Install the anti-skid, unloaded the lamp pole, and install the bracket on the solar panel, adjust the solar panel ¯ s di r ecti on and angle,

then tight the screw at last.I

B. The Installat ion of LED Solar Street Lights

Put the LED Street Light on the lamp pole arm, tight the screws, fix the street light on the lamp pole arm,

and then connect the wires

C. The Installation of the Controller

There are 2 screws on the back of the control box, use these 2 screws to fix the control box on the lamp pole.Please confirm there are 2

corresponding screw holes on the pole first. First install the controller on above of the bracket, and connect the wires

according the Solar Street Light wire diagram.



C. The Installation of the Battery

Battery control box should be take gently to prevent the box smashed.The battery cable must be used between the pressure in the battery terminal bolt on and useto enhance the conductivity of copper gasket;The output line connected to the battery under any circumstances after the shorting ban, to avoiddamage to the battery;The battery's output cable and the controller poles must be linked through the PVC pipe threading;The above is completed, check the controller side of the wiring, to prevent short circuit. Normalcontrol box door closed.See details specific installation diagram
