2 Q2: Wage Rate page is dated 2020 calendar year. Is that correct for this Project? A2: The wage rates are effective March 15, 2021. An older version of wages rates were inadvertently distributed in the printed and digital sets. The correct wage rates are included in this addendum.
3 Q3: Spec section “Alternates 012300 is missing from spec book. Do we need this? A3: No, this section will be deleted from the TOC.
4 Q4: There are specifications for dimensional letter, however, there are no drawings showing letter height, location and type face? A4: See drawings 12/A701 and 16/A701.
5 Q5: Are there interior signs? A5: No. Interior room signage is by owner. See drawings 12/A701 and 16/A701 and specification section 101419 for dimensional lettering signage.

7 Q7: Walk through’s – When or how do we/ or subcontractors arrange walking through the building? A7: Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 10am local time subcontractors can access the building. On-site contact will be Ray Parsons, DTCC.
8 Q8: How many data does each WAP get? A8: One.
9 Q9: The specs call out fiber and enclosures etc. but I am not exactly sure where on the drawings the fiber is going. Is there fiber or any backbone involved in this project? A9: No. This section shall be deleted.
10 Q10: How many data are at each demo location? I know the new work plans show multiple different amounts of data at different outlets, given the room. I am more or less looking for a rough estimate for this number. A10: Estimate two (2) existing data at each location.
11 Q11: When is the final date to submit RFI’s? A11: See specification section 001200 INVITATION TO BIDDERS, section 19: RFI’s will be “Deadline for any questions will be received by the Architect until, 7 business days prior to the bid-due date and time or the question cut-off date, whichever is earlier. Phone calls and verbal requests for interpretation will not be accepted.”. During Pre-bid meeting held on 05/11/21 it was determined the cut off date for submitting RFI’s would be May 24, 2021 at 5:00 pm local time.
12 Q12: Signage on Drawing A701 appears to not match Delaware techs graphic standard manual. Please advise. A12: Design drawings are diagrammatic for intent. As noted on 12/A701 and 16/A701, signage design shall adhere to DTCC graphic/brand standards.
13 Q13: Looking through the bid form and DIV 00 and can’t find a bid bond form. RFP mentions a 10% bid security required with the bid? please clarify
A13: See specification section 001200 INVITATION TO BIDDERS, section 3: “The form of the Bid Bond shall be AIA Document A310-2010 Bid Bond or equivalent. A certified check may be used in lieu of a Bid Bond.”
14 Q14: Support Beam for Folding Partition- Sections 4/S-101 and 5/S-101 indicate a T.O.S. elevation of 10'-0" for the W14x30 folding partition support beam. Section 3/A-401 shows the T.O.S. elevation being closer to 12'-0". We need to know the elevation of the folding partition support beam to price the correct hanger rod length for the folding partition track system. A14: Answer pending, will be addressed in next addendum.
15 Q15: In regards to the HVAC controls, on drawing M401 it mentions to tie new controls into the existing BAS but doesn’t mention what the existing BAS is. In the control specs on M000 it lists several approved vendors but again no mention of existing BAS or details related to connecting new equipment to an existing BAS. What is the design intent regarding the HVAC controls and is there an existing BAS system within the facility? A15: Answer pending, will be addressed in next addendum.

16 Q16: I see on the legend for the electrical drawings that "telecommunications wiring/ jacks are to be provided by others"- is this by the Owner's vendor or is this in the GC's SOW? A16: Wiring and devices by owner’s vendor unless specifically noted otherwise.
17 Q17: Please confirm a hazardous material clean letter will be provided by owner prior to start of project. A17: Answer pending, will be addressed in next addendum.

3. ACCESSIBILITY: ALL BUILDING COMPONENTS, FIXTURES, ACCESSORIES, ETC. SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH MANEUVERING AND OPERATING CLEARANCES, MOUNTING HEIGHTS, ETC. IN ACCORDANCE WITH AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT STANDARDS, ICC/ANSI A117.1, AND STATE ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
4. FIELD VERIFICATION: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL SITE CONDITIONS AND PROPOSED BUILDING DIMENSIONS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, ANY VARIATIONS, DISCREPANCIES, OR FIELD ALTERATIONS TO THESE DESIGN DRAWINGS SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ARCHITECT'S ATTENTION PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. 6. INSTALLATION: PROPER ASSEMBLY, INSTALLATION, AND OPERATION OF ALL MATERIALS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND FINISHES IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY AND SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURES INSTRUCTIONS AND ALL APPLICABLE CODES.
7. INCIDENTAL WORK: ANY ITEMS NOT SPECIFICALLY SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS, BUT WHICH ARE REASONABLY INCIDENTAL TO AND NECESSARY FOR THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE CODES, ORDINANCES, REGULATIONS, AND STANDARDS, ARE INCLUDED WITHIN THE INTENT OF THESE DESIGN DRAWINGS.
8. OWNER-PROVIDED WORK: LOCATION OF ALL OWNER-PROVIDED FIXTURES, EQUIPMENT, ETC. SHALL BE COORDINATED TO ENSURE PROPER ALIGNMENT FOR INSTALLATION AND OPERATION, BLOCKING, ETC.
9. SAFETY: COMPONENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION SAFETY ARE NOT INDICATED IN THESE DRAWINGS. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT (OSHA), AND APPLICABLE STATE AND LOCAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS DURING ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.

13.
