New payment item A12 added to Section A- Storm Pipe.
Payment item B2 has been amended.
Replace FT-Page 4-5 with attached.
NOTE 1: For Storm Pipe 375 mm diameter or greater, HDPE is allowed.
NOTE 2: Payment item A12 has been added for the 200 mm storm service connection on Quebec Street.
NOTE 3: All Fibre Optic Pull Boxes to be SYNERTECH 2436-36, as per the attached product sheet.
