NOTICE TO VENDORS: The following revisions, additions, and clarifications are hereby made part of the Contract Documents for the above-referenced project and shall be taken into account during the preparation of all Responders and Executioners of all work. Responders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in their proposal.
1. Please add the following under Section II, Scope of Work, after the last sentence in the first paragraph:“Additional photographs are provided and referenced as “Attachment B” of the yokes, shade canopy, including measurements, and the stair tread.”
2. Please add the following after Section IV, Pricing, #2:“Lump Sum Pricing shall also be provided as an Add Alternate for sandblasting the support tower.”
A revised Pricing Sheet and “Attachment B” are attached.
