This Addendum forms a part of the ISSUED IN RFP Contract Documents dated 11/03/20, and modifies the
original Documents as noted below. This Addendum applies to any or all contracts and subcontracts. All
work required by this addendum shall be in complete accord with the Contract Documents and subsequent
Addenda hereto. The Items listed in this addendum are not in any order in regard to the drawings or the
specifications. All contractors are cautioned to examine each and every item of this addendum.
The following changes or clarifications to the plans and specifications shall be included as part of the Con-
tract Document.

1. In the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS where the GENERAL CONTRACTOR is referenced this reference shall
be construed to also mean PRIME CONTRACTOR and PRIME MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR.

1. GENERAL PROJECT MANUAL CLARIFICATION: Where the footer in each Project Manual section ref-
erences “LYNDALE COMMUNITY SCHOOL - SAFE/SECURE ENTRANCE AND MONUMENT SIGN” the
