TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The following questions had been received prior to the last day for questions deadline and received the following responses (Questions are in black/responses are in red):

• Please email questions to [email protected]. This way they can be forwarded to theproject managers for answers/clarification on specifications. No phone calls unless they arebid documents/requirements questions.

• Is it all or nothing or can we bid just some of the lines of furniture?They can bids some lines of furniture, it is NOT all or nothing.

T-20 – No Power

• Do all fabrics need to be sent for testing before submitting the bid? This can be a costly procedure for an unawarded bid. We would prefer for fabric approvals to be submitted at this time so as to not delay order processing once bids are awarded.

• Several fabrics that are specified are coming back as not approved. How would you like us to

proceed with non-approved fabrics? We can price the items based on the fabric that is specified, and if awarded, find an approved comparable fabric. Please notify us of the fabrics that are disapproved. Go ahead and price items based on the fabric that is currently specified and once project is awarded we will provide new selections so as to not hold up the bid process.

Next 3 (three) pages are updated specification sheets for T-16, T-17, T-20 to limit confusion.

• For the Health and Science Furniture bid package I noticed someone asked for DWG files. Architect said they would only be release to successful bidder. However, there are several items on the bid as follows:

WK – 01 WK – 02 WK – 03 WK -04 WK -05

These items specified no sizes and fit to space. Without the files I am not sure how we will manage that. We either need file or more details about these line items.

We can provide the specifications for these workstations with the pricing redacted. So to ensure that each dealership is providing the same product. Please see the next 14 pages.
