The task is to test the information transfer between the TileCal adder boards and the Level 1 preprocessor.
•test the trigger cables
•the receivers
•the patch panel connections
•the pre-processor
Serve as a test bench for the first level trigger.
The tests should preferably also be compatible with the similar LAr tests

MobiDAQ VME test crate developed at CERN to test data from 8 drawers at a time.
MobiTrig We suggest to have a standalone crate to test the trigger signals.
Develop this in Stockholm.
Tests should check for continuity, absence of shorts, cross talk, noise levels, pulse shapes and attenuation.
