Instructions for Adding a Google Map to Your Weebly Website

1. Log on to http://maps.google.com.

2. Type the address of the location you want to show on your map and hit Enter.

3. Select the type of map you want (i.e., Map, Earth, or Satellite view).

4. Adjust the map to the desired center and zoom level.

5. Click on the link located in the upper left corner.

6. Copy the HTML code.

7. In Weebly, drag the HTML element onto the page in the location where you wish to

add the map.

8. Click in the element textbox and highlight the text. Paste the HTML code from Google

Maps.

9. Click on Publish and then view your site.

Edit size of Map

If you wish to edit the size of your map, find the width and height in your HTML code. Change the values

only, being careful to leave the symbols and text the same publishing.

Note: If you have already published your site after pasting the HTML code, you will need to remove the

map from your webpage and repeat the steps above, changing the width and/or height after pasting the

code on your page and prior to publishing the change.
